1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bethics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Bethics LLC ("Bethics," "we," "us") may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use Bethics. You must reside in a jurisdiction where sports wagering analysis is legal. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. What Bethics Is — and Is Not

Bethics is a data analytics platform that publishes mathematical analysis of publicly available sports wagering markets. Bethics is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not hold customer funds, and does not facilitate the placement of bets.

Content published by Bethics is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any specific wager.

4. No Guarantees

Bethics makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or future performance of any analysis, edge calculation, or projected outcome. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports wagering involves substantial risk of financial loss.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized account use.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Elite) are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Pro-rata refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Contact contact@bethics.net for refund inquiries.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute Bethics content; (b) share account access with others; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All Bethics content, including the model, edge calculations, written analysis, and brand identity, is owned by Bethics LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal use during your subscription period.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bethics LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any wager you place based on Bethics content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bethics LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
